If you're asking how the blocks are placed, it took me a second, but the factors of N are placed in the row capped by N, and each factor is placed on both diagonals starting from the cap corresponding to the factor. There are two diagonals of 2s, two diagonals of 3s, two diagonals of 4s, etc..
