Its neat that you came up with this yourself. However, this is well known for quite a long time (since 1729 according to wikipedia). It is commonly called "Cramer's rule". Its valuable for some theoretical results but you seem to be advocating that it should be used in practice. This is quite possibly the worst way to actually solve a linear system that you could implement.

SDK is exactly right. Systems used practically tend to be very large and taking determinants for large matrices is very computationally intensive. It’s much easier to solve big systems by other methods.
