Do you mean

1. cos(arctan(-4/3) - arcsin(24/25))

or

2. cos(arctan(-4/3)) - arcsin(24/25)

?

Ok. It's probably 1.

cos(arctan(-4/3) - arcsin(24/25)) = 3/5 * 7/25 - 4/5 * 24/25 = -3/5,

using cos(a - b) = cos(a)cos(b) + sin(a)sin(b).
