Trigonometric-Identity Problem (Quick Question)

Shouldn't the quadrant in the orange circle (or whatever it looks like) match with the quadrant in the green one (i.e., Quadrant I)? Thanks.

Yes. It appears "in QI" should have been "in QIII".
