Inverse Trig problem

arcsine(sin(3pi/4))
I got pi/4 as the answer, but it's incorrect
Can anyone help?

sin(3$\pi$/4) = sin($\pi$/4) = 1/√2, so arcsin(sin(3$\pi$/4)) = $\pi$/4, not 3$\pi$/4.
