4. For the function y=3cos(2x  8 )5, determine the phase shift and the period of the corresponding graph. 5. Given the g(x) = asin(b(xc))+d. Determine the values of a and d, given that the range of g(x) is 5 ≥y ≥10. 7. Given that f(x) = 2cos(3(x4))+k, determine all possible values of k for which y=f(x) will have no x intercepts. For $y=a\sin[b(x+c)]+d$ or $y=a\sin(bx + \phi) + d$ ... Amplitude = $a$ Period, $T= \dfrac{2\pi}{b}$ Horizontal shift = $c$ ... right if $c<0$, left if $c>0$ Phase shift = $\phi$ Vertical shift = d ... upward if $d>0$, downward if $d<0$. Note that $y=d$ is also called the "midline" of the graph. Now try to answer each question using the above information ...

Yes I know all the formulas to find them, however, I tried this about 3 times now and have always gotten the same ones wrong and need to know what I'm missing
