Lebesgue Points Question

Let be a bounded open set and take . Let be a Caratheodory function satisfying for almost every , for every and for some .

If we further assume that is a Lebesgue point of and let , () be such that . Then how does it follow that since is a Lebesgue point of we have:

, where is Hypercube of ?
