USE REAL NUMBER AXIOMS TO PROVE THAT (-1).(-1)=1 -Urgent-

i am having a hard time figuring this out,
using the real number axioms to prove that (-1)x(-1)=1

please ,anybody help, i'll be eternally grateful

Assuming you can prove that a(0) = 0, we have:

0 = (-1)(0) = (-1)(1-1) = -1(1)+ (-1)(-1) = -1 + (-1)(-1)

So

(-1)(-1) = -(-1) = 1
