investigating appropriateness of sample size

i need help with the last dotpoint on the attached sheet, where it says "investigate the appropriateness of the sample size using math evidence"

I think i sort of have an idea of what to do, but not entirely sure.

Do we use the central limit theorem?
Do we use the sample size equation which is n=(2x1.96σ/w)^2
Do we use the 95% confidence interval?
or do we use the standard deviation??

please help me, that's the last question on the sheet
