For 11) is the answer 3/21, 0, 7/21, 2/21, 2/21, 7/21 ? For 12) I do not understand what the question is asking for. Thanks in advance.

Question 11 asks for the values, NOT the probabilities. The values are 0,1,2,3,4,5.
Question 12 is asking you to add up the probabilities for all values less than 3, so you want P(0)+P(1)+P(2).
