Statistical proving the numbers of days

Hello! Have troubles in solving this case.

Every day the company sends 100 000 letters and their click rate equals 1.5% The company suddenly changed the text of the letter and it shows in 4% of all cases (4000 letters per day). How many days needed to know about changing the click rate on 5% compare to the previous text version?

Could you please help and explain how to solve this case?
