From numbers 1 to 10, find the probability the number chosen is even number or a multiple of 3. Here in this question what mean by (multiple of 3)?

Multiples of 3 between 1 and 10: 3, 6, 9. Multiples of 3 in general: 3 * k, where k is an integer.

Of the integers from 1 to 10, the integers 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 are either even or a multiple of 3.
