What is the probability of the initial 7 cards in the bottom(Tableau) stack cannot be moved into another stack? What is the probability of the initial 8 cards in the top (Stocktalon)left corner cannot be moved into the bottom stack?

Sorry for the late reply, hopefully this image http://i.imgur.com/MBKPr6Y.jpg would clear a couple of things up. There are 7 stacks cards at the bottom as shown in the picture, this is called the "Tableau Stack", what is the chance that you cannot move one of these cards to another one of these stacks? From the stock, 3 cards come out at a time(With 8 of them playable from the beginning), what is the chance that you cannot move any of these 8 cards into the Tableau stack, but can be moved into the place where you put the Aces?
