Here is a question I was given and I just have zero idea how to even do it. Can anyone help me out?

Question 2

a) What is the population and parameter that is being discussed?
b) For this parameter identify the point estimate.
c) Determine the estimate of the standard error.
d) Calculate the margin of error.
e) Construct a 95% Confidence Interval for the population parameter.
f) Interpret the meaning of the 95% Confidence Interval for the population parameter.
