I need help with letter (b) so I got 11 numbers that are greater than the mean length, which I got( 648 divide by 20=32.4) ,so I set up a math proportion 100*11 and divide by 20 = 55% but in an answer book it said 45%, Am I doing something incorrect, if yes Explain to me please. Here is a picture
