How do I find the mean of Z = Discrete RV + a Gaussian RV?

1 Attachment(s)
Hello, I am asked to find mean and variance of Z. (image in attachment)

Since I am solving a preparatory examen to study, it is not clear to me how to approach the topic because I don't understand the question correctly.

What are the steps to follow given the nature of the RV "Z" ?, which is formed by two different types of RV's.

Thank you

$W=\frac{X-m}{\sigma}$. The mean of the sum is the sum of the means. The variance of the sum of independent random variables is the sum of the variances.
