Would These Two Games Have The Same Expected Amount of Spins?

Both games have 5 people. In Game 1, each person gets an equal section of a spinner with five sections, and the first player to have his section spun three times wins. In Game 2, each person gets an equal section of a spinner with six sections. On each spin, the sixth section belongs to whoever's section was spun most recently. The probabilities are 2/6 for one person and 1/6 for the other four. If the sixth section is spun first, it doesn't get credited to anybody, and it does not count toward the spin count. Like in Game 1, the first player to have his section (or the sixth section when it belongs to him) spun three times wins. Would these two games have the same expected amount of spins?
