Lottery hackers

Absinthe soaked observation follows.

On the 2nd to the last paragraph of page 2 at

Jerry saw that you had a 1-in-54 chance to pick three out of the six numbers in a drawing, winning 5 dollars, and a 1-in-1,500 chance to pick four numbers, winning 100 dollars.

A bit rusty in my probability stuff and feeling euphoric from absinthe but I get the feeling that those quoted chances are slightly off.
Just checked with good old Wikipedia at and my hammered doubt seemed to make sense.
Wish that roll-down feature was available at the booze store that I go to.
