Manipulate data to match given mean and standard deviation

I have a set of data with a mean of 55.05 and a standard deviation of 7.51. However, I want to transform these data to a list of values with a mean of 55.62, a standard deviation of 58.69, and the list should not contain negative values.

Is this possible?

Thank you

You can always make up a list of numbers to give you any mean and standard deviation you want. You need to be more specific as to what you want to do.

Did you really mean a standard deviation of "58.69?"

You could put some extreme value into the set to acheive a change. Perhaps add the value 975 and replace the first ten values with 1s.

Maybe you need to be a bit more specific on why you want to do this...
