At Binomial Calculator I can input a probability and amount of trials to find the probability of any specific amount of successes. Is there a website that can let me input a percentage of successes rather than an amount? For example, is there a website that can tell me the probability of at least 45 percent heads and at least 45 percent tails if I flip 76 coins.

Can't you just use a calculator to multiply .45* 76 and then use that website?

You should probably learn to use the pbinom function in R as well. It's much more convenient than using a website and in the long run you want to know R anyway...
