Probability distribution

Hello, does any one recognise this formula?*x!)

$\displaystyle \frac{e^{-\alpha}\alpha ^x}{(1-e^{-\alpha})x!}$

To what is refers?

It looks like A Poisson density (x integer) under the condition that x=0 is excluded.
