Starting point of the graph is at (3,5) pointing down and left and is a square root function. Second point is on (2,4). There seems to be a typo in the explanation in the answer. How do I set up the equation to get radicand as -x+3? Thanks

transformations to the parent function $y = \sqrt{x}$ ...

reflection over the x-axis

$y = -\sqrt{x}$

reflection over the y-axis

$y = -\sqrt{-x}$

horizontal shift right 3 units

$y = -\sqrt{-(x-3)}$

vertical shift upward 5 units

$y = -\sqrt{-x+3}+5$
