Please help solve these questions

Please help solve these questions:

Find the measured value and the deviation if the mean is 36,92; standard deviation is 0,19 and the ordinate (f(x)) of the normal distribution of the standard deviation is 1,9226.

The information defines the distribution function, not a measured value.
