limit sequence

Hello,

I don't understand what sequence cn is (see attachment).
Who can help me?

I understand that Cn = 27/2n. But why Cn = 27/2n? Is that the only option?

No, just one of the many that work. It's easy to make the comparison with the other expression because all the terms omitted are less than or equal to 1.
