Mass spring system

When a mass spring system is stretched 3cm from its equilibrium position , it starts to preform simple harmonic motion with frequency of 10Hz, at what instants does it first pass x=1.5cm

$f = 10 \, hz$

$B = 2\pi \cdot f$

position as a function of time in seconds ...

$x(t) = 3\cos\left(20\pi \cdot t\right)$

set $x(t) = 1.5$ and solve for $t$
