Help !

A sphere rolls(moves) or walks with ENERGY E=45 J
With inertia $\displaystyle I=\frac{2}{5} m r^{2}$
Find the velocity of spehere v=?

$K = \dfrac 1 2 I \omega^2$

$v = \omega r$

you should be able to finish.

A sphere that rolls without slipping has both rotational and translational kinetic energy ...

$\dfrac{1}{2} I \omega^2 + \dfrac{1}{2} mv^2 = 45 \, J$
