This is a question with answer , From where " 1 " in the solution ?

please Any one help me


sin30 = y/1
So Xbar = 1.5 + y
So Xbar = 1.5 + 1Xsin30

Now my question from where we got (one)
Is by divide 3/3 as (h/3 ) = 1 or what ?.

please I want your help ?
