Conversion- EMR Frequency

“Part 1: EMR Frequencies. For each of the following wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation, find the EMR frequency and identify the part of the electromagnetic spectrum in which the radiation falls.”

I know 1,000 m= 1km obviously, but would the EMR frequency be 10,000m?
