Sorry I forgot to add that p,q>1. numbers q is congruent to 0 or 1 mod 4 implies D(q)=1/2 and M(p,q)=1/2 q is congruent to 2 or 3 mod 4 implies D(q) = 0 and M(p,q)=0

unfortunately my institute does not have the funds others have so if you have a family to feed I wouldn't pin your hopes on this one. Someone will either prove or disprove it within 24 hrs id say

If you actually are going to have a go, id prefer a proof for this one too. It should be the same thing roughly.
