Hello, I am looking for a good read or video about the Riemann zeta function and its distribution of prime numbers, if anyone knows of any.

It depends on your current background and level of knowledge. If you know some precalculus, but nothing more advanced, then Prime Obsession is great. If you know more advanced subjects, such as Complex Analysis, then I can make more suggestions.
