What's the name of three evenly spaced primes (Like {3, 5, 7} or {3, 7, 11})? Are there any theorems relating to them?

Those are three primes in arithmetic progression, a PAP3. There are a number of conjectures that would suggest that infinitely many triples of such primes. Here's a page of records: http://hjem.get2net.dk/jka/math/aprecords.htm#records
