 February 26th, 2012, 07:27 AM #11 Newbie   Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 12 Thanks: 0 PERMUTATION CRGeathouse HI I hope you are good, so I guess we have two different results, my permutation result of 4661 is 7,3,6,1,5,2,4 So now I really don't how it comes I have figure it out by Notepad ++... And thank you for trying... So I guess I need a formula for this one, but however I have send an e - mail to my teacher 2 weeks ago for the formula and I have no answer from him, I guess I have to do it somehow... once again thank you.

PARI/GP uses one standard system but I guess your teacher wants another.
