Question rearranging

Which one of the following products cannot be rearranged to give a correct product?

26x3=78

16x3=48

The first can be rearranged as 38 × 2 = 76.

The second is also $4\times 12\ or\ 2\times 24$. What's the point?

or 6+4-3+1 = 8 and 6*4*1/3 = 8
(if all 5 original digits must be used)
