Her plane leaves at 06:00 on Saturday and arrives at her destination at 20:00 on Friday (local time). The flight will take 12 hours. What is the time difference between her origin and destination?

What's the difference between that and 20:00 (on Fri) which is the time she lands in the other timezone?
