integration by parts ... $u = \ln{x}$ , $dv = (x+1)e^x \, dx$ $du = \dfrac{1}{x} \, dx$ , $v = xe^x$ $\displaystyle \int (x+1)e^x \cdot \ln{x} \, dx = xe^x \cdot \ln{x}  \int e^x \, dx$ can you finish?
