SWM iso older, neglected threads.

As the title implies, I'm looking for an older thread to spend some time with. Preferably one that hasn't had much attention lately. Please no spam or kids.

But seriously, forks. What say ye about a moratorium on resurrecting old threads until, say, Easter (at the earliest)?

(That probably hasn't moved us into "serious land"...)

Maybe a code (or bot) that closes inactive threads.

Of course, seeing "Created in 2007... last post 5 minutes ago" is a sure sign of a spammer (or a bender), and I wouldn't want us tying our hands!

Maybe the server can be set to trout-slap users who necro old threads? Or, better, if they post on old threads more than once per time period (say, 6 months).
