New to the Math Forum

Hi, I've just joined this forum because I am looking for a place that will give me some direction. I've always been terrible at mathematics, and would like to change that or at least give it a shot. Any books/online guides/ etc that can help or encourage learning math would be great. Conventional tutors/professors never got me very far. I'm now relying on myself, and whatever useful recommendations I can find.

Re: New to the Math Forum

Welcome! I hope you find what you're looking for. I never took the main part of the GRE, just the GRE Math (not the same as the math section of the GRE, of course). But I'm sure someone around here has!
