Hi I hope this is an easy one for you gurus I need the steps to follow to get to the following 4 miles in 34.14 minutes, I need to know, the time per yard. Thanks

4 miles = 4x1760 yds. 34.14/(4x1760) = minutes/yard. multiply by 60 if you want seconds per yard. Last edited by mathman; July 8th, 2014 at 12:50 PM. Reason: added material
