 June 23rd, 2014, 07:29 AM #1 Newbie     Joined: Jun 2014 From: England Posts: 24 Thanks: 2 Math Focus: Trigonometry Feel stupid about this Rearrange to make X the subject Y= -X/4 Normally I know how to do this but i keep getting -X= 4Y note the X has to be positive. Can somebody help

Simply multiply each side by -1: X = -4Y
