Repeating decimal

If a.bc = 32/15 find a+b+c?
P.s(c is a repeating decimal like a.bccccc.....)

32/15 = 32/(5 × 3) = (32/5)/3 = 6.4/3 = 2.133333333..., or you can do
32/15 = (30 - 3 + 5)/15 = 30/15 - 3/15 + 5/15 = 2 - 0.2 + 0.33333333... = 2.13333333...
