I'm a little confused with this one: I have a set of n data points (x and y pairs) for which I want to to do the best fit (by the least squares method maybe) to a function of the type: Code: y = a * sin (x) + b * cos(x) + c Can you please help me define the linear equations for getting a, b and c? I would apreciate the help, since I have some urgency on this one... Kind regards Kepler
