Do you remember a problem that you have an anxiety from it? Or a Mathematical subject? I want to know what a people afraid from. My Math teacher get an anxiety from a problem that I will write [if god want] tomorrow. But I see a fear in his eyes when I saw it to him. Last edited by shaharhada; November 23rd, 2017 at 04:37 AM.

I can't think of any reason to be anxious unless perhaps your reputation is at stake. Maybe you're sitting an exam and are struggling to solve a problem within the time limit, or you are giving a lecture and someone asks a difficult question etc. But even in these cases, it isn't that you are anxious over the math problem, you're anxious about not being able to solve it or provide any insight.

Mathematical subject which gives me anxiety? Real analysis. It's too abstract to even be called "real".

I don't found the exercise that I describe. The exercise is in the old edition and in the new edition it isn't found. I describe it: There is graph. The graph is of function of sqaure formula. I need to find the formula of line that his derative that is maximum in unkown point. The Author of the book is BENI GOREN. He write a mathematics books. He is writing the Israeli book in maths. And many of the pupils hate his books [and there is many people [I thnk] that hate him on his hard execrise.] But for the Bagut 5 points [In Hebrew point=unit. and 5 point is the maximum garde of the exams in math in Israel]. His exercise in the book are realy hard. [of the 5, ofcoruse]. Last edited by shaharhada; November 28th, 2017 at 12:27 AM.

Not a math problem, but definitely a math class! Calculus II! And it wasn't even that bad. It's just everyone (in at my school at least) makes up Calculus II to be so terribly difficult and impossible. So I put that in my head before going in and I swear it was the reason I was choking on tests. Until I got the handle on things.
