Question Game Problem

Hello, folks.
Just some months ago, i play a casual RPG and have a character with some attributes. The point is there's an arena. I need to use my character to attack other players'. (1 vs 1)
To be short, My character have 152030 HP(Hit Points), and 3742 dmg(attack damage.)
Player A has 102300 HP but has 5410.
Player B has 182300 HP but has 3212.
Player C has 142300 HP but has 4004.
....and thousands of players.

Each player has 50% chance to attack first in Turn 1. But I think it does not matter.
For example. After you attack in turn 1, the next turn 2 the opposite can attack. Then keep fighting(turn 3, turn 4,....) until there is a winner. (a player's HP drops to zero dies)

If you want to attack other players with higher chance (to find a weaker player in theory), what will you do?
Well, I knew a fast way to resolve this problem, but i wanna know how you guys to resolve this problem in reality life.
