I need to find what's next (x)

T1 = 123456789
D = T2 - T1
D =-102226220
T5 = a +4d
= 123456789 + 4(-102226220)
123456789 - 408904880
X = 285448091

That makes no sense. There must be something other than just addition or subtraction behind this puzzle. It must be more like solving a crossword clue, but based on numbers rather than letters.
