Spotting Patterns

Hey guys! I`ve been trying to spot a pattern in this data for some time now with no luck whatsoever. I was wondering if any of you fine individuals could take a look.
1. 4 2
2. 8 2
3. 2 6
4. 4 4
5. 1 6
6. 2 4
7. 3 8
8. 0 3
9. 3 7
10. 6 2
11. 2 5
12. 6 5
13. 1 2
14. 5 6
15. 0 5
16. 4 4
17. 7 5
18. 3 3
19. 5 3
20. 3 2
21. 6 4
22. 2 4
23. 1 7
24. 5 3
25. 5 3
26. 3 4
27. 5 3
28. 4 4
29. 2 3
30. 3 7
31. 2 2

Cheers!

how is this to be interpreted?

are you expecting the 3rd number to be some function of the 2nd number? I assume the first number is just a data point index.
