What is $\mathbb{F}_{2^{m-}}$linear permutation?

I have stumbled upon this notation and I can't figure out its meaning.
Here is the notation: $\mathbb{F}_{2^{m-}}$linear

Thanks in advance

Where did you find it? Was it $\mathbb{F}_{2^{m}}$-linear?

Are you familiar with finite fields? With vector spaces?
