Interesting array

I generated array and I wanted to check is it exactly random:

So, how to find the pattern, equation for this? How to proof that it isn't random?

It's at best psuedo-random, because you generated it by some method.

As far as I'm aware you can't determine whether a given set of numbers is random or not, but you can evaluate, through statistical analysis, how random a given method of generating sets of numbers is.

The main reason for this is that any set of numbers could have been generated by a truly random process - that's what random means. A truly random process would occasionally return (20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, ..., 20), for example.
