Looking for a software to graph a set of segments

At work I use a CAM software which generates a .txt files with a set of coordinates formatted in this way

Code:
...
X526.35081 Y352.90748
X526.44549 Y352.81247
X526.57024 Y352.72764
X526.62627 Y352.66719
X526.79634 Y352.53728
X526.82 Y352.50456
X526.85573 Y352.51797
...
I'm looking for a software which having those points as input, it will graph the segments which join each point to the next.

If needed I can format the output of the text file.

Is there any software which do what I need?

Math Focus: Yet to find out.
MATLAB has intrinsic interpolating functions and conveniently takes in sets of data from .xls files or other types. Might be hard pressed getting a license though, unless your workplace has one.

MATLAB is too much for my needs.
I've ended up writing a small software by myself.

Rolling your own solution is always good if you have the time and ability
