I've tried a few graphing softwares, and all of them had the same problem they don't draw part of the graph where the line's incline is too high. For example the graph of $\displaystyle y=\sin(x)+x!$ , when looking at the negative x side not too close to x=0, looks like a sine wave with vertical lines crossing it at every whole number. But any software I tried, ended up drawing the graph correctly when it's close enough to x = 0, and a sine wave further at negative x without the almost absolutely vertical lines that should come out of it. Do you know any 2D graphing software that doesn't have this problem? I'm using MAC OS. Last edited by skipjack; March 14th, 2016 at 04:49 PM.
