vectos

express the polynomial V= (t2 + 4t -3) in p(t) as linear combination of polynomial P1 = (t2 - 2t + 5 ) P2 = ( 2t2 - 3t) P3 = (t + 1)

Re: vectos

You're looking for a, b, c with:

(2, 4, -3) = a(1, -2, 5) + b(2, -3, 0) + c(0, 1, 1)

This generates the equations:

2 = a + 2b
4 = -2a -3b +c
-3 = 5a + c

Can you finish the solution from there?
